Cultivate Your Soul

Our Story

Good Hope Farm is a family run business begun out of the passionate belief that farming cultivates the soul. Good Hope Farm currently raises show-quality Nigerian Dwarf goats registered with the American Dairy Goat Association and the American Goat Society. The goats are our family and are treated as such.  Good Hope Farm offers seasonal produce and flowers.

Good Hope Farm is a family-run business that was founded in 2015, when Natasha left 20 years of legal practice to continue her family’s multi-generational history of agriculture entrepreneurship.  Born in Jamaica and raised on a farm and landscape nursery, Natasha was eager to have her children experience the simplicity and dedication of farm life. What started with a nostalgic purchase of 5 dairy goats lead to a passionate family step-change. Through it all, Natasha longed for the wisdom of her father and maternal grandfather with all their farming expertise and realized slowly they were leading the family on this journey and with them all the while. "The truth is that through this journey we thought we were learning to cultivate our animals and this North Eastern landscape- but quickly learned we were learning to cultivate our souls."
